During my little roadtrip in Napa & Sonoma, of course a must see/visit was the Francis Ford Coppola Winery.
You can get the full Coppola experience in Geyserville. Next to the wine tastings, also on display is a lot of Coppola movie memorabilia, such as the desk used in the movie of all movies, the Godfather.
Not in the mood for wine? Then just have a relaxing day full of sunshine and lounge around the pool or pool bar, whatever suits your needs.
Back to the wine… Over forty wines are produced by FFC, and these of course can be purchased on-site. The FFC Winery offers a variety of tasting options and tasting menus choices range from the popular Diamond Collection wines to the Sonoma County local grown Director’s Cut to limited production selections such as Archimedes. Also worth mentioning is that per Francis’s personal request, the classic everyday wines, Rosso & Bianco, are always offered complimentary. Yes, people, free of charge!
